All earrings are handmade to order unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without notice. Prices are charged in British Pounds (£) and include applicable taxes where required.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received and verified.

Many of our pieces are crafted by hand after you order. Please allow the stated processing time before dispatch. Due to the handmade nature, slight variations may occur, making each pair unique.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our earrings, we are unable to accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or faulty. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if there is an issue with your order.

Our liability is limited to the value of the products ordered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
